One vial holding two or more peptides at stated fills, so a paired protocol reconstitutes once instead of twice.

Browse by compound

A compound supplied in several vial sizes has one page comparing every fill side by side, with the specification and the certificates they share. The rest link straight to the vial.

What a peptide blend is

One vial, two or more peptides, each at a stated fill.

Several compounds, one reconstitution

A blend is a single vial containing more than one peptide, with the quantity of each stated separately on the label and on the catalogue entry. The components are not reacted together or combined into a new molecule — they are co-lyophilised, so the vial holds the same substances it would if they had been filled separately, in one container instead of several.

The practical consequence is that two compounds reconstitute from one vial rather than two, which is the only reason the format exists. The chemistry of each component is unchanged by sharing a vial with another.

A blend has no single purity figure

This is the part of a blend certificate most often misread, and it is worth being precise about. HPLC separates a mixture into its components and reports a purity for each peak. A vial holding two peptides therefore produces two purity figures, not one, and there is no measurement of "the purity of the blend" to report — the question does not have an answer in the way it does for a single compound.

Where this site shows a headline figure for a blend, it is an average of the component results and it is labelled as our arithmetic, with every component it was averaged over listed beneath it. That labelling is not optional and the certificate panel is built so it cannot be omitted. A supplier quoting one unqualified purity number for a multi-component vial is quoting something no instrument produced.

Not every multi-component vial is a peptide blend

Six vials in this catalogue hold more than one substance and are filed under Cofactors & Small Molecules rather than here, because their contents are amino acids, vitamins and cofactors rather than peptides. Filing a vial of methionine, choline and carnitine under "peptide blends" would be a chemistry claim about what is in it, so the classification follows the composition.

Sold-out listings stay published rather than being removed, so their specifications, catalogue numbers and certificates remain readable while the compound is out of stock. For laboratory research use only. Not for human or veterinary use.
